Henry first buttted heads with the climate crisis as a high school environmental club member and intern with his city’s recycling and energy coordinator. In college he began to develop his organizing chops and climate justice analysis while campaigning for fossil fuel divestment and bolder statewide action on climate. Recognizing the power of big money in politics as a barrier to progress, Henry decided to take the past spring semester off from school to organize full time for the Democracy Spring campaign.
