Fusing education free choice pedagogy with artivism, this workshop will explore a variety of tools to cultivate empathy, advocate transformation, and educate against dominant narratives. We will engage in an embodied experience to demonstrate Theatre of the Oppressed as a tool to provide accountable, creative and enjoyable space to dialogue and devise original, change-seeking counter narratives to support the Movement for Black Lives.
