Given the amplification of state sanctioned violence in communities of color throughout the U.S and the lack of accountability of agents of the state, where is the movement building infrastructure that provides material and monetary support to families? This panel gives a context of benevolent societies and donor networks, and asks how communities of color are able to evolve their giving traditions in the context of state violence and capitalism.
