How can libraries support positive civic development? Two young adult librarians will bring their experiences working with youth to promote a participatory culture of civic engagement through re-imagined program formats, staffing structures, and policies inspired by restorative justice. Participants will leave with an expanded toolkit for implementing restorative practices within library settings and a network of librarians.
