What does our world look like without employment discrimination against the formerly incarcerated? Through an intersectional lens, we will engage in interactive activities that counteract exclusionary practices such as criminal history disclosure in higher education. Participants will leave with a better understanding of the "Abolish the Box" movement and the tools necessary to disassemble the stigma against formerly incarcerated people within education.
