Anna Simonton is an editor at Scalawag, a magazine that reckons with all the realities of politics, culture, and life in the South. She is a member of Project South, a Southern movement-building organization where she served as a Movement Communications Fellow. And she is the co-author of a forthcoming book about the Atlanta Public Schools cheating scandal.
